This classic 1973 23ft AIRSTREAM SAFARI LANDYACHT is a fine specimen of the original AIRSTREAM Travel Trailer. Overall this trailer is in excellent condition and ready to go camping as-is. Clear title with no liens or encumbrances. The exterior aluminum skin is in excellent condition with only minor surface imperfections and recent exterior polish. It has a dry weight of approx. 4005 lbs according to factory specs and a hitch weight of 670 lbs. Seating/Sleeping configuration is (1) convertible pull-out double bed/gaucho in the front galley and (2) Twin beds in the middle compartment with FULL REAR BATH. It also has plenty of storage, a kitchenette with stainless double sink/matching covers, a (4) Burner Magic Chef gas stovetop, and newer deluxe DOMETIC refer. This particular trailer is 70s RETRO with original avocado kitchen countertops, new upholsteries, and peach bath compartment with full standing shower and telephone shower wand.

HISTORY/DISCLOSURE: This AIRSTREAM trailer has been very well preserved to its original condition. All systems and appliances have been checked, tested, serviced and repaired as needed. New marker lamps have been installed. Electric trailer brakes have been cleaned, checked, serviced and are fully operational. Wheel bearings have been newly repacked with new Dexter grease seals installed. COLEMAN Rooftop AC has been thoroughly cleaned/serviced/recharged and blows cold [has heat strip]. Original Furnace has been serviced and functions to factory spec. DOMETIC refer has been serviced and operates to spec [2 years old]. The aluminum skin remains in great shape with only minor surface imperfections and has been polished within the last year. The upholsteries and curtains are in great shape with plenty of useage left in them. Floor is solid throughout. This is a good looking solid trailer and it tracks straight, pulls effortlessly and is almost unnoticeable. The new owners can expect a professional and cooperative purchase experience.
