1976 31' International Rear Bath for sale.
Recently renovated trailer in excellent condition. Clear title with no liens.

Prior owner made significant renovations in 2011, including:

•New Air Conditioner (Dometic)
•New Refrigerator (Dometic RM3762; lists for ~1,500)
•New convection Microwave (Sharp R520KST 2 cf)
•New Toilet (Dometic)
•Replaced cabinetry
•New paint on entire interior
•Original bathroom sink/counter/shower refinished with new paint
•New vinyl flooring
•New convertible couch
•New custom foam mattress purchased in June-2012
•Solar panel

The kitchen sink and stove are original (housed in new cabinetry). All overhead storage is original and repainted (all working well), as is the rear storage and bathroom door.

The trailer was professionally polished in the spring of 2011 and has a very bright finish (see photos, which were taken in August of 2012).

The main systems all work well, with the exception of the fresh water tank, which would need to be replaced. I have not used the heater but the prior owner stated that it works fine (it was replaced in 1991).
The ZipDee awning is in good condition, although it has separated at the seams in two spots. It could probably be repaired or replaced.
