This trailer has many nice features and several upgrades. Original refrigerator has been replaced and runs on gas or electric. New faucets have been installed in kitchen and rear bathroom. There is a microwave in the kitchen. The trailer has been wired for home theater and components are included except for TV. A satellite receiver is available. The original floor has been replaced with carpet in the back and wooden parquet flooring in the kitchen/living area. There are single beds in the middle and a pull-out double bed in the living room. There is an awning, roof antennae, 2 gas tanks, plenty of storage, and upgraded load leveler. It has been a non-smoking trailer. Needs include outside polish, slight hail damage repair, sofa recover, replacement of damaged door handle. Tires are good but slightly weathered.
