The trailer has NO Leaks
The Awning is good  and deploys nicely.
 Tires look to be in pretty good condition.
I've not had  any inspection of wheel bearings or brakes. I do know it towed like a dream, very stable.
A heavy duty receiver hitch and sway bars are included.
$680.00 in new pleated curtains.
New kitchen sink , faucet and counter tops.
New vinyl flooring.
New $750.00 Electric/ Propane Refrigerator with black glass door. (Never Used)
The gas stove and burners are in very good condition.The gas furnace has not been tested.
The AC can convert the trailer to a meat locker on 90+ degree days.
The water heater needs to be replaced along with a couple of propane tanks.
I don't know anything about the battery except it's there.
The front bed/sofa convert well. The Mattress is almost new (high quality futon style).
 2 single bed mattresses are new.
All storage compartments have the original sliding or rolling doors with the bins in place. The all work well.
3 closet doors bathroom sliding door works well.
The ceiling vent/ light covers are not shown in photos. i had them taken down for cleaning.
The screen door is there and is in good condition.
Two window screens need to be replaced  the balance are good .
All the windows work and are crack free. There is a combo rock guard sun shade over front window.
Most every light works, int and ext. including little reading lights over beds.
On front of trailer down low there are minor road rock dents. There is a dent above and to right of the door ( see photo) which
could be easily pulled out by someone who knew what they were doing. Also front, low, to the right, under trailer
is a small dent in the outer shell.
