This airstream has served as a guest house since 2003. The tires were new in 2002 and have only been used to transport it to the Black Hills of South Dakota. Everything is in working condition except for the air conditioner. The furnace works well and was recently checked out, and we have supplemental heat in the bedroom and living room.

This is a center-bath model, with shower, sink and stool between kitchen and bedroom. The couch pulls out to sleep two (cozy), and there are twin beds in the rear bedroom.

The kitchen and all lighting work either on the contained 12 volts or when the trailer is plugged in to a power source. The kitchen has four burner gas stove with oven, space for a microwave, a two-door refrigerator/freezer and a double stainless steel sink. Kitchen cabinets and drawers provide ample storage.

The upholstered couch was re-done in 2002, as were the curtains, both front and back. The lighting above the couch and the twin beds provide good reading light. There are two tables in front of the couch, one that opens to seat four. There is an AM/FM radio and space and wiring for a television.

All windows close tightly and the weather-stripping is intact. Air vents are in good shape. The awnings work.

There is good closet space in the hall across from the bathroom and lots of storage above and below the beds. The shades above the sink and in the bathroom work and are original.

We have enjoyed this trailer as a guest house, which we no longer need. We hope someone else will enjoy it now, either on the road or at rest.
