Toilet, sink valves, shower/tub, water pump , 6 gal. hot water heater, grey water and black water storage tanks all functioning properly. The durable flooring is classic diner-style black and white linoleum squares. Foldout dinette and counter extensions.

The exterior aluminum skin is in excellent condition and has been polished to a mirror shine. It has a dry weight of approx. 4975 lbs and a hitch weight of 650 lbs. It’s been towed easily with most mid-size SUVs and trucks or larger.
