The inside is like walking into the past,all original and complete. This is a rear bathroom with twin beds in hall and Gaucho in front. Real wood flooring just installed and New carpet is being installed. New Moen facuets assembling and added shut off valves for sinks and toilet. Newer Coleman AC with Heat strip works great. Refrig looks very clean and will keep food cold. Oven looks almost new and works fine. New mattress for twin beds. Curtains for all windows and matching Gaucho looks very nice. Cabinets look and work fine. The exterior is in very good shape and will polish up nicely. No clearcoat peeling. Brand New Tires and Axles are in very good shape, ride is high and straight with no sagging in the rear. New rub rail insert. Installing New Vent Cover, Light Lenses and Vinyl insert for living room and bathroom. The Airstream has been set up on blocks and in a park with roof over cover for many years and was set up for full hookup use only. Just installed New house type toilet and floor reinforce. Has no black or gray water tanks but all plumbing is there if you wish to installed them. All windows are clean with no peeling and work as they should. No leaks and no soft spots. Also just welded another out looker for step and works great. Has two propane tanks that have rust and should be tested, there is also a tank cover for the tanks. Water heater has been check and will need a new pliot and thermo senor to work correctly. Gas heater also has been check and seems to work fine but heat strip does a great job.
