This rear-bath model is almost entirely original with the exception of the residential toilet, replaced water heater and bathroom faucet. The frig works only on electric now, but the oven, stovetop, catalytic wall heater, furnace and A/C are still in working order. The interior ceiling/walls and counter/table surfaces are in good shape. The exterior has not been renovated but is relatively free of scrapes and dents. The window/door frames need new seals and some of the tambour doors are broken. The unit has been lived in for several months each winter up until this year.
