Original: layout, woodwork, cabinets, windows with screens, fold out couch and bunks sleep four, propane range, furnace, water heater and oven, 12v lights, 23 gal fresh water tank and pump, 12v converter, electric tongue jack, bathroom components. New: Coleman type AC and 110v only refrigerator. Linoleum replaced with Brazillian cherry hardwood in living area and marble tile in bathroom. Two new tires, three old with good tread, with original style moon hub caps. Original style awning, new, with support poles. Recently polished exterior, mirror shiny. Load leveling hitch and strap on mirrors included. Fresh and wastewater plumbing as original and OK except no waste water tank, sewer hookup only. Running lights and brakes in working order.
