This unit is now set up at a campsite with full hook-ups in Anacortes for your inspection. If purchased in cash before July 31 a special cash discount will apply.
The unit has been thoughtfully and tastefully compeltely redone with a huge queen plus size bed of memory foam in the front, plenty of built in bronze faced cabinets and benches, newly upholstered cushions, granite kitchen counter tops, and new solid surfaces elsewhere in the unit. Wonderfull electric and built in microwave cooking galley in the midddle. Gracious and roomy diner booth sitting area. Credenza with plenty of drawers for clothes and counter top space for entertainment items. Full bath in the back. Perfect for an individual or couple.
This was initially designed by a flight attendant planning to use it as her Seattle base home: windows panes fixed, hardwood floor installed, new cabinets and built ins through out, new stove and microwave built in, new water heater, new sink, and new electrical system.
I had the following professionally done: electrical redone to work with 30 AMP campground service, reworked and secured the electric water heater and added water heater drain, added a thermostat for the airconditioner, redid the plumbing with flex-pex tubing, added custom window treatment, made two sets of custom sheets from Hotel Collection, took out old ceiling vents and put in three new Fantastict fans that direct flow in or out of the unit as desired, add thin lights in the unit, had professional polish job of exterior, redid the brakes, repacked the bearings, replaced with new tires, fixed windows and gaskets, replaced new electric hitch, replaced all electric outlets, and kept it stored under cover and with power to operate heat and fan to keept it clean and ready to go. It was used once for a wedding. The bath is original, but is in great shape. Despite all the custom work, it still is within manufacturer specs for the axles.
It has been converted to all electric, but gas lines are still there under the unit from the front of the A frame to furnance, refrigator and gas hot water heater. Please call for details. Joe 425 213 7433 See photos in photo bucket below.
