THIS IS A SURVIVOR (Vintage tow vehicle)
The truck is a 1971 GMC 2500 Sierra Grande Custom Camper
133 in wheel base, two wheel drive.
This is a numbers match big block 400 with the turbo hydromantic 400 Auto, Air conditioning and complete gage package. (Note: these options are very hard to find). Every thing is original except the paint; it was repainted with the original color (Dark Olive with out the white) gas tanks, duel tow mirrors from factory. It’s hard to believe that this truck is 40 years old.
This GMC is in running condition as is, it passed our highway safety check last year.
All original except paint and maintenance items…
o Exhaust, tires, brakes, alternator, radiator core, starter, plugs
o I was told by former owner the engine has never been opened
o Odometer reads 150,000 miles
o The engine needs a tune up, still runs
o Full dual exhaust
o Two new tiers
o Has trailer hitch and wiring
o The build sheet list of options is attached.
