This Vintage 1964 17ft AIRSTREAM BAMBI II is one very fine specimen of the original vintage AIRSTREAM Travel Trailer. Complete Professional Polish tops off this beautiful example of the Airstream BAMBI II, courtesy of P&S Trailer Service of Helena, OH. All systems serviced, in good working condition, and ready to use. Clear title with no liens or encumbrances. The coach has a dry weight of approx. 1950 lbs and a hitch weight of 250 lbs. Interior configuration is (1) Convertible dinette in the front galley and (1) Double bed in the rear compartment. It has a kitchenette with ceramic sink, and a (3) Burner Princess gas stovetop. Nice professionally done vintage trailers dont come cheap, so if you've been waiting for the right vintage Airstream trailer to come along, it only makes good sense to go with the guys who've been doing it since 1968 and have a lengthy proven track record.

The 1964 Bambi II is more like the 1965 Caravel than the original 1961-1963 Bambi as it would share the same body style and was transitioning to the Caravel layout with the curbside galley. 1964 was the only production year for the transitional Bambi II. Modern industrial design reached its pinnacle in the middle of the 1960s and the mid 1960s Airstreams were no exception with their convergence of desireable features that make them lustworthy for vintage trailer aficionados. The outstanding interior woods add a clubby elegance that is visually lightened and modernized by lighter interior elements. 1964 is the next to last 60s year for easily replaceable flat pane glass in rectangular frames, as more expensive curved Corning windows were used beginning in 1966. This Bambi II has had all the difficult and tedious work completed already. It is now ready to decorate, personalize and enjoy.
