Two convertible couches.

The flooring and upholstery are in good condition. There are cracks in the 'shell' inside the shower stall. Fridge, 3 burners, oven and heater in working order. The water tank or line is cracked - I have to check which. My husband recommends installing an in-line tankless water heater. There are some dings on the outside shell. I believe the cupboards are original and in good condition. My husband says they are mahogany, but another ad for same model said walnut.

It was lived in until 5yrs ago, and was last towed approx 4 years ago. The running gear, brakes, lights, axle, tires should be in good working order. The tires will take you 'home' but should be replaced after that.

The trailer has been stored in a carport.
