HISTORY/DISCLOSURE: This trailer had sustained exterior panel damage prior to our acquisition. Thorough examination determined that there was no damage whatsoever to any other aspect of the trailer. The 4 lower corner body panels were replaced with new as well as new rear bumper all to factory specification. No damage to frame or running gear at all. No damage to interior or operating systems at all. As it sits there is no indication of any repair ever having been done. The trailer has been checked/serviced so that all systems are functioning properly. Brand New DOMETIC rooftop AC unit and Full Sized DOMETIC Electronic Refer were installed. The trailer is currently winterized. All the exterior electrical lighting functions properly as well as the brakes and it tows great. All interior amenities function to specification including lights and appliances. The exterior aluminum skin remains bright and is in excellent condition w/ good clearcoat. Interior surfaces are free of rips, tears, stains or smells and floor is solid. This trailer has a full length ZIP DEE Patio awning down the curbside with matching canopies over the rear windows and down the streetside (5 total). Most of the original records will transfer to the new owner along with Bill of Sale and Official Repair Statement from an authorized factory repair facility.
