Your thread title threw me for a second as I was wondering how
you were going to go about replacing yourself and who/what you
were going to replace yourself with?

Yeah, that title got my attention too. It really is a pretty simple job to do yourself and you could save some labor cost by taking it on yourself. It is a tight spot, so a helper with a bright flashlight could be a plus!
