Now that it's grilling season, I've been working on a few homemade marinades, rather than buying the bottled type. The fresh varieties taste much better, and are really worth the extra time to make. One simple one that I really like is for chicken breast. I buy a large package of chicken breasts, and let them marinate for at least three hours. The simple ingredients of the marinade are: juice from 1 lemon, 1 cup olive oil, 2 large garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon freshly chopped rosemary, 1 teaspoon each of salt and freshly ground pepper. Very delicious!
