Hi, I have been contemplating going there, but have some concerns about heat and fires. I also have a little dog that I wouldn't leave alone in my trailer on a hot day. August is usually a hot month. Still lots to think about. This is the Western version of Alumapalooza.

We were thinking of heading to Colorado this year, but with all the fires and extensive heat back home, we are going to wait until next year. My heart goes out to people in Colorado in so many ways this year.
Colorado is really becoming a target for so many things - human and natural disasters. It will probably stop a lot of people from wanting to visit there.
