Natasha: The Biography of Natalie Wood

The author is Suzanne Finstad and this is one of the best biographies I've ever read. It's very well researched and it's so compelling that I read almost half of it the day I started reading it. It really is a "page-turner." It was on the New York Times Bestseller list when it was first published and you'll see why if you read it.

    Thanks for the suggestion....
And what a stunner she was, second only to Audrey Hepburn [right] as
most beautiful woman to ever walk the earth...

    Both very classy ladies.

Natalie Wood and Audrey Hepburn are two of my all-time favorite actresses. Both of them were very under-rated as actresses, in my opinion, especially Natalie Wood.

Breakfast at Tiffany's is a classic and I loved The Nun's Story, both Audrey Hepburn movies, of course.

Was Natalie Wood's real name Natasha? I think that's a much prettier name than Natalie. I wonder why she changed it. Anyway, didn't they re-open the case of her death not too long ago?

One of my most vivid childhood memories is watching "Splendor in the Grass" late at night when my mom walked in. Both my sister and I were boo-hooing, and Mom wanted to know what was wrong. I've been a Natalie Wood fan ever sense.
