    Funding Full Time RVing

I am quite a creative person when it comes to crafting. I can do such a wide variety of crafts, I have thought about selling my wares and living in the rv
full-time. Is anybody currently funding their life in an rv by traveling and selling items you make? If not, how do you make money, live in rv, and travel? I do not want to wait until retirement, if I can make it happen now.

Depends on the wares I suppose. Haven't seen a whole lot of craft people making it but some do. You might try it on Etsy - Your place to buy and sell all things handmade, vintage, and supplies and other online crafts malls or at flea markets. Workamper.com also has jobs that at least provide a free RV site. You might also look for a telecommuting job.

I have never heard of workamper.com. I am definitely going to have to see what that is about. Before my friend got pregnant, she traveled around to music festivals and sold some handmade items, but mainly hippie stuff.

I've heard of some people who travel around to different state parks and get temp jobs while they are there. When they get tired of it, they go someplace else. It sounds ideal for me and my wife, but I haven't convinced her to go full-time yet.

I spoke to a workamper recently and she says the best to work for are state parks. They don't want as much from you. There are also sites out there to hook you up with caretaking jobs where you take care of homes and animals while the owners are on vacation.

Workamper sounds like jut the thing I was looking for, too. I am a little creative, but I woul love to work in a state park or with animals. I wonder how long you can sit up camp?

In the north it is for the summer and in the south it is usually for the winter. You can find positions all year long if you are willing to move about. I'm thinking of doing some caretaking myself and found a state park I would like to work for.

Thanks for all the wonderful ideas. Helping out a state park sounds right up my alley. I think if I can do a little bit of selling crafts with workamper, I might be able to pull full timing off. I am not one for luxuries, as long as I have food and a place to live.

Yes, wonderful ideas. I think I will also be looking into some of these venues. Good luck with your selling. Never heard of workamper but will check into this as well.
